ARTIORE is an AI-powered reasoning platform that provides clarity-first decision-making tools and resources. Our Service includes:

• ARTIORE Reasoning Engine: Dual-mode AI reasoning system (Quick Mode and Deep Mode) powered by OpenAI GPT-5.2
• ARTIORE Framework: Six-layer decision-making framework (Clarity, Reasoning, Archives, Witness, Upliftment, Human Upliftment)
• The Codex (Blog): Educational content on security, decision-making, and strategic thinking
• Accessibility Features: 19+ accessibility tools including text-to-speech, font controls, high contrast mode, dyslexia-friendly fonts, reading aids, and motion controls
• Multi-language Support: Content available in 8 languages (English, Arabic, Urdu, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Hindi)
• Islamic Theological Framework: Quranic verses, Names of Allah, and Islamic principles integrated throughout

Currently, ARTIORE does not require user registration or account creation to access the Service. All features are available to visitors without authentication.

If we introduce user accounts in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users accordingly.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Use the Service to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the service operators, a service operator employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Use the AI reasoning features to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, the ARTIORE Framework, the ARTIORE Reasoning Engine, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by their respective rights holders, service operators, licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks: ARTIORE, the ARTIORE logo, the ARTIORE Framework Seal, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are marks used in connection with the Service by their respective rights holders, service operators, affiliates, or licensors.

You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the applicable rights holder, service operator, affiliate, or licensor.

The ARTIORE Reasoning Engine uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-5.2) to generate responses and analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without independent verification
• The service operators do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)

The Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• OpenAI: AI reasoning capabilities
• Payment Processors: Bitcoin, Ethereum, PayPal for donations

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

ARTIORE accepts voluntary donations to support the development and maintenance of the Service. Donations can be made via:

Important: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to any additional services, features, or benefits beyond what is publicly available. These Terms do not represent donations as tax-deductible.

THE SERVICE OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE SERVICE OPERATORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SERVICE OPERATORS, THEIR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
