1.1 Information We Currently Do NOT Collect

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Account credentials (usernames, passwords)
  • Payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses)
  • User-generated content or conversation history
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Service, certain information may be automatically collected by your browser or our hosting infrastructure, including:

  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps
  • Cookies: Small data files stored on your device (see Section 4 for details)
  • Local Storage: Accessibility settings stored locally in your browser

This information is typically collected by our hosting provider and is not actively accessed or analyzed by the service operators.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we do not actively collect personal data, we do not use your information for any purpose beyond the basic operation of the Service.

Accessibility Settings: Your accessibility preferences (font size, contrast mode, reading aids, etc.) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

AI Interactions: When you use the ARTIORE Reasoning Engine, your queries are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not store these queries or responses. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.

3. Data Storage and Security

No User Database: We do not maintain any database of user information. There is no user data stored on our servers.

Local Storage Only: The only data stored related to your use of the Service is your accessibility preferences, which are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or by using the "Reset All Settings" button in the accessibility toolbar.

Security Measures: While we do not store user data, we implement reasonable security measures to protect the Service itself, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all connections
  • Secure hosting infrastructure
  • Regular security updates and patches
  • API key protection for third-party services

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Current Cookie Usage: ARTIORE currently does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes.

Browser Local Storage: We use browser localStorage to save your accessibility preferences. This is not a cookie and does not track you across websites.

Third-Party Cookies: Third-party services integrated into our Service (such as OpenAI) may set their own cookies. We do not control these cookies. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties for more information.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party services:

5.1 OpenAI

The ARTIORE Reasoning Engine uses OpenAI's GPT-5.2 API to process your queries. When you use this feature, your input is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. We do not store your queries or OpenAI's responses.

OpenAI's data handling practices are governed by their Privacy Policy:https://openai.com/privacy

5.2 Payment Processors

If you choose to make a donation, you may use:

  • Bitcoin/Ethereum: Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on public blockchains. We do not collect any personal information from cryptocurrency donations.
  • PayPal: PayPal donations are subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy. We may receive your name and email address from PayPal for donation confirmation purposes only.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at +1 (647) 809-3075 or contact@artiore.com.

7. International Data Transfers

Our Service is accessible globally. Since we do not collect or store user data, there are no international data transfers of personal information.

However, third-party services we use (such as OpenAI) may process data in different countries. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on international data transfers.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, most traditional privacy rights (such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data) are not applicable to our Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, if appropriate, providing additional notice (such as a prominent notice on our homepage).

Future Data Collection: If we decide to collect user data in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide clear notice to users before implementing any data collection practices.

11. Data Retention
